Since we started doing video marketing, we're always using YouTube You can't add forms. You have to add links. It just gets a little bit muddled and when we found TwentyThree we realize that that solved all the problems that we had in YouTube. and it was it's a great platform. Hi, I'm Jara. So it makes the most sense to have a video person Webinars play an important role in our marketing strategy because it's a great way for us to connect to people in real-time. Where we are able to drive engagement have questions asked and answered and we are also able to bring other voices into the conversation. on our team full time. I love the fact that we have the video hub So it's not just the eloomi voice on a particular topic. they're explaining to them "oh you might not have seen this feature before" "but here's how this can work" and then we have the ones that go to the external prospects. Where it's talking about, with our customers on how they can successfully achieve things and things like that. So we are using them in two different vehicles, but both are equally important. A good webinar to me starts at the email. From the moment I send an email to invite someone to participate or we post something on social that's when the webinar starts. So if we get that right, then we're on our way for good webinar We do separate types of webinars. So we ones that are just for our customers and then building on that. It's about the registration process. It's about the welcome they receive. It's about the first experience when they login It's about them getting a space to actually feel safe and to contribute to the webinar. It's not just us pushing information out but it's about creating a space for people to come with questions to be able to be open and honest enough to explore topics with us to seek answers that they can then make a difference So we ones that are just for our customers where we are sitting down with a product person or a service person A good webinar tool actually has all of those things in it. Where I can send an email. Where I can follow up and see analytics. When I can watch a recording back. or change them their organisation Where I can see who asked questions. In the past we've used emails and campaign emails and another platform to try and bring all these things together but we're using TwentyThree. We have the emails. We have the video. We have the editing tool. We have all the pieces of the puzzle in one space. TwentyThree has definitely, when it comes to webinars reduced the amount of manual work that we were doing. but then the webinar still doesn't end there when we sign-off. Between keeping list and spreadsheet and who clicked this button It has reduced all of that. We have no more manual work. It's saved so much more time and resources. and even being able to do handouts and then see who clicked on the handouts and who downloaded them. So then we actually know people are taking the handouts. This information that we have prepared is reaching further. The good webinar continues when they get a thanks and when I get to link to watch it on-demand afterwards. and also means that when someone call us Do we need more handouts. Do we need different kind of handouts. How do we keep actually adding value and giving resources in this. That's a really important tool to have. I would recommend TwentyThree to companies. If they wanting to actually take their business further. It's one thing to have a shop front. It's another thing to be able to take your business and better place it in people's business and says, hey I've seen a document, well we can know where they can actually engage and interact with you and that's why you should take TwentyThree.
